Book 15 minutes
Front Office · the core service

Every call answered. Every job booked. Even the ones at 11 p.m.

An AI assistant that answers your calls and texts around the clock, says it's an AI in the first sentence, screens the caller the way you would, books the work into your calendar, and follows up until they show. Built and run for you by one person you can call.

$2,500 a month, flat. Live within 14 days or your install fee back.

What a missed call costs

About 28 percent of calls to service businesses go unanswered, and the after-hours ones are the expensive ones: the burst pipe, the dead air conditioner, the person who finally decided to call a lawyer. Most of them don't leave a voicemail. They call the next name on the list. At a $1,200 ticket and 200 calls a month, a quarter missed is roughly $20,000 a month in work you already paid to attract.

Run your own numbers on the calculator, or start with the free 14-day measurement and get the real count.

Five things handled

Calls and texts answered

Every call and text, 24 hours a day, answered in seconds. The caller is told it's an AI assistant in the first sentence. Urgent calls transfer to your on-call person with a spoken summary.

The work booked

Consultations and service visits go straight onto your calendar or into your CRM, with confirmations and reminders sent by text.

Missed calls followed up

If a call slips through, the caller gets a text back in under a minute. Open estimates and consultations get followed up until they book or say no.

More 5-star reviews

Every customer gets asked after the job. Complaints reach you first, in minutes. Every review gets a reply within 24 hours; you approve anything under four stars.

A monthly report

Calls answered, after-hours calls answered, bookings, texts sent, reviews gained, and which campaign each call came from. See an example report.

One person

Michael writes your scripts, listens to your calls every week, and fixes what breaks. You get his cell number, not a ticket queue.

How it goes live

  1. The measurement (free). For 14 days we forward your unanswered and after-hours calls to a number that answers, logs and texts back. You get the count and the dollar figure at your own numbers, yours to keep either way.
  2. The scripts. We write the greeting, the questions, the handoff rules and the price list from a one-hour call with you. You approve every word before anything goes live. For law firms, your supervising attorney signs off.
  3. The install. Your number forwards to us, or we give you a new one. Calendar and CRM connected. Test calls with you on the line. Live within 14 days of getting access, or the install fee and first month come back.
  4. Every week after. Michael listens to a sample of your calls, tightens the script, and sends the monthly report by the third business day.

Questions

Will my callers know it's an AI?

Yes, because we tell them in the first sentence. Someone with a flooded basement cares that a competent voice picked up, not what it is. Pretending otherwise is a legal problem in several states and a trust problem everywhere.

What happens on a call the AI shouldn't handle?

It transfers. Emergencies, large losses and anyone who asks for a person go to the on-call number you give us, with a spoken summary first. The assistant never gives legal advice, quotes beyond your approved price list, or promises an outcome.

Does it work with my software?

Calls and bookings write into HighLevel, Clio, Lawmatics, Albi, Xcelerate, AccuLynx, JobNimbus and standard calendars today. If your system isn't on that list, we tell you before you sign.

I don't have a CRM.

Most companies we talk to run on a whiteboard and a phone. We bring the system with us.

Can I cancel?

After the 90-day initial term, with 30 days' notice by email. Your call data is yours and you can export it any time.
