Who we are
PowerFrame is an AI business operating system operated by Path Partner Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("PowerFrame," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit powerframe.ai, use our services, or otherwise interact with our platform.

Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: Name, email, phone, company name, role, vertical, business size, billing details.
- Business operational data: CRM records, customer contact information, appointment data, communication logs, pricing, scripts, service configurations. This data is provided by you so that our AI agents can operate your workflows.
- Communications with us: Emails, support messages, Signal messages, voice calls, and any content submitted through forms or our onboarding process.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, referring URLs, device type, browser, IP address, approximate geographic location (city level).

Information collected by our AI agents on your behalf
When our AI employees interact with your customers or prospects on your behalf (phone calls, iMessage, SMS, email, web chat), they collect and process the content of those communications, including:
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses of your customers
- Service requests, appointment details, pricing discussions
- Voice recordings of phone calls (where legally permitted and disclosed)
- Message transcripts
Important: When PowerFrame processes your customers' data, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share that data with us. Our Data Processing Agreement governs this relationship.
How we use your information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the PowerFrame service
- Configure and train AI agents on your specific business context
- Process payments and manage billing
- Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, onboarding)
- Send marketing communications where you have consented (you can opt out at any time)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our services
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
AI processing disclosure
PowerFrame uses large language models (including those from Anthropic, OpenAI, and other providers) and voice AI (including ElevenLabs, Retell, and Twilio Voice) to power our AI employees. When you or your customers interact with PowerFrame:
- Conversation content is sent to AI providers for processing under contract that prohibits their use of your data for training their models
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+)
- AI providers operate under Business Associate-level security commitments where applicable
- Voice recordings are retained only as long as needed to complete the conversation and generate required records, then purged per your retention preferences

How we share information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with advertising networks for their own purposes.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention periods:
- Account data: Duration of your account + 3 years after termination
- Voice recordings: 90 days default, configurable by contract
- Message transcripts: 24 months default, configurable
- Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance)
- Analytics/usage data: 25 months
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Right to delete personal information we hold
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
For European Economic Area, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
For all residents
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@powerframe.ai. We will respond within 30 days (45 days for GDPR requests, 45 days for CCPA).
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit; AES-256 encryption at rest
- Role-based access controls with principle of least privilege
- Multi-factor authentication for all employee accounts
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
- SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress — targeted Q4 2026)
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
International data transfers
PowerFrame is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For EEA/UK/Swiss users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved mechanisms to safeguard international transfers.
Children's privacy
PowerFrame is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@powerframe.ai and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to account holders and posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at least 30 days before taking effect.
