Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the industries, activities, and behaviors permitted and prohibited when using PowerFrame. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action.

Permitted uses

PowerFrame is built for legitimate service businesses operating legally in the United States, including:

PowerFrame does not support the following industries without prior written approval and additional compliance review:

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP:

Include: the account or URL, description of the violation, evidence (screenshots, recordings, complaint records).

Enforcement

We investigate every report. Depending on severity, consequences range from warning → temporary suspension → permanent termination → legal action → reporting to authorities. Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for AUP violation.

Changes

We may update this AUP as laws, industries, and abuse patterns evolve. Material changes will be announced with 30 days notice.
