How performance pricing works:
We establish a revenue baseline in month 1 (average of prior 6 months). In months 2+, we measure incremental revenue attributable to PowerFrame (booked appointments, closed deals, recovered past customers, recovered dead leads). We take 12–18% of that incremental lift.
The math works like this: If your baseline is $80K/mo and month 3 revenue is $120K, the incremental is $40K. PowerFrame fee is $4,800–$7,200 for that month. You net $32,800–$35,200 that would not have existed without us.
Terms: 12-month initial term, then month-to-month. Zero clawback on revenue booked before cancellation.
