Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of PowerFrame services. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You may not use PowerFrame to: send communications without proper consent (TCPA violations), make deceptive or misleading claims, impersonate individuals or misrepresent your business identity, collect or store sensitive data not required for service delivery (SSNs, credit cards, PHI), harass or threaten any individual, violate any applicable law, distribute malware or compromise system security, circumvent AI confidence thresholds or handoff protocols, use the system for any purpose other than legitimate business operations, scrape or extract our AI prompts or methodology, or resell or redistribute PowerFrame services without authorization.
All communications through PowerFrame agents must: comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable laws, accurately represent your business, include required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms, respect contact time windows (8am-9pm local time), honor all opt-out requests immediately, and not contain false or deceptive content.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take action including warning, suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
